Lidwala were appointed as the structural, electrical and wet services consulting engineers. Another team of mechanical engineers undertook the designing of the air conditioning works. The brief consisted of detailed design of cold water, hot water, fire protection and drainage pipes including supervision during construction of the works. The main challenge of this project was the structural engineering design. The building has an irregular shape resulting in inconsistent loadings which required special attention.
