KN Construction was established and started up in Nelspruit by Keith in 1999. Projects he worked on included small office blocks, houses and large scale renovation projects. While in Centurion Kyle gained experience in the management of all sub contractors, budgets, time frames, staff on site and quality control. In 2005 Kyle decided to relocate to Centurion to gain some external work experience and knowledge by working for other builders as well plumbers. While working for his father, GANIK Construction, he helped build up a vast property portfolio which consisted of 17 blocks of flats, various amount and sizes factories and houses.
Keith has been building quality homes for well over 40 years and started working with his father after graduating from Trade College. We are a family business, run by Keith and Kyle (father and son). In 2009 Kyle relocated back to the Lowveld to team up with his father again.
Kyle started his “apprenticeship” with his father, Keith, for 4 years.
